Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Multiple services are held by a credit card or gift card number. We reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled service for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours prior to appointments will be charged in full.

Booking An Appointment

We will ask for a credit card or gift card number to reserve appointments. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations.

Cancelling An Appointment

We only accept canceled appointments via walk in or by phone during normal receptionist hours. If you cancel an appointment after hours, we will not retrieve the message until next day. If that is the same day as the appointment scheduled date, there will be a same day canceled appointment charge of 25%. Please use our automated text system by responding cancel for 24/7 service.

Preparing For Your Visit

Due to exfoliation products that could irritate the skin, we advise you not to shave your legs the day of the appointment if receiving a pedicure. If you are receiving any waxing service be sure the hair is at least 1/4 inch long.   Any use of Retin A on your face before waxing should be discontinued for two weeks ahead of time before any facial waxing.

Arrival

A late arrival will affect the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that we may serve our next guest on time.

Environment

The spa is a refuge for adults. We ask that children be left in care of a loving adult, unless receiving a service. Upon entering the spa we ask that all cell phones be placed on vibrate or silent. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone in the spa, and be respectful and courteous of guests relaxing in all areas of the spa.
