Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All services are held by a credit card or gift card number. We reserve the right to charge 25% of your scheduled service for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours prior to appointments will be charged 50%.

Wedding Cancellations

For wedding parties due to the larger amount of work and time set aside, same day cancelations and no shows will be charged full price.

Booking An Appointment

We require a credit card or gift card number to reserve appointments. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations. Please look over the date and time you are booking, if you accidentally booked the wrong date and time and do not show up for your appointment you are still responsible for the 50% no show charge.

Cancelling An Appointment

We only accept canceled appointments via walk in or by phone during normal receptionist hours. If you cancel an appointment after hours, we will not retrieve the message until next day. If that is the same day as the appointment scheduled date, there will be a same day canceled appointment charge of 25%.

Preparing For Your Visit

Due to exfoliation products that could irritate the skin, we advise you not to shave your legs the day of the appointment if receiving a pedicure. If you are receiving any waxing service be sure the hair is at least 1/4 inch long.   Any use of Retin A on your face before waxing should be discontinued for two weeks ahead of time before any facial waxing.

Arrival

A late arrival will affect the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that we may serve our next guest on time.

Environment

The spa is a refuge for adults. We ask that children be left in care of a loving adult, unless receiving a service. Upon entering the spa we ask that all cell phones be placed on vibrate or silent. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone in the spa, and be respectful and courteous of guests relaxing in all areas of the spa,

Blonding Services

We are excited to make you blonde ! Here is some information to help you and us communicate better when you’re booking online.  Blonding can take up to three appointments  to gain a desired result if you are not already at your desired level of blonde.  If you have any previous haircolor professional, at home or fashion tones this can affect the end result.  This can result in added time, additional costs and additional appointments to reach a certain blonde goal. For booking a blonding service  a foil, balayage, or teasy light are the options.  A root color is simply color to retouch root and won’t be enough time or the correct service for a blonding service. We aim for all clients to leave ecstatic with their new color! We have a 10 day policy on anything that would need tweaking on blonding services.   After that new growth will have occured.  At this point please go ahead and book a new service and we will be charging full price for this service for any additional blonding at that point.  If you have any questions please give us a call directly and one of our trained team members are happy to assist!
