Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All services are held by a credit card or gift card number. We reserve the right to charge 25% of your scheduled service for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours prior to appointments will be charged 50%.

Booking An Appointment

We require a credit card or gift card number to reserve appointments. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations.

Please look over the date and time you are booking, if you accidentally booked the wrong date and time you are still responsible for the 50% no show charge.
